Charmaine Clarice Relucio Pempengco (born May 10, 1992), better known as Charice, is an international Filipina singer who rose to popularity through YouTube.She was dubbed as 'The Most Talented Girl in the World' by Oprah Winfrey.

Charice is said to be recording her US debut album in the first quarter of 2009. It will be released under Warner Bros. Records and will be produced by her mentor, David Foster.

Charice is currently under the management of Align Entertainment, which also manages the career of David Foster and Andrea Bocelli, and under the legal representation of Grubman, Indursky & Shire, PC which also handles Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Usher, Jennifer Lopez among others
